Does MyKatib connect to my personal WhatsApp?
No. Your assistant receives its own dedicated Omani number. You message it like a trusted contact, so your personal WhatsApp account is never linked or put at risk.
Can it send an email without me?
Not on the basic service. MyKatib can search, summarize, and prepare a draft. It sends only after you approve that specific item.
Where is my information stored?
Your assistant runs on a server dedicated to you in AWS Frankfurt. We document the location, access, retention, backups, and deletion terms before onboarding.
Will it understand Arabic voice notes?
Yes. Arabic and English text and voice-note handling are tested during onboarding, including the expressions and tone you normally use.
What is the difference between cloud and private installation?
The 200 OMR monthly service runs in a dedicated managed cloud environment. The 5,000 OMR private implementation installs and hardens a Mac mini in your office or home, then maps deeper personal and business workflows under a signed scope.
